Magie

Hi! My name is Magie Srur, and I have the honor of serving as Secretary General for this year’s SPMUN Conference. My Model United Nations journey has taken me from delegate to chair, and finally to the General Secretariat. My passion for diplomacy began back in eighth grade and has since inspired me to participate in numerous national and international conferences, even visiting the United Nations Headquarters in 2024.
My mission is to empower minorities to find their voice and to raise awareness about global issues, helping students become informed, empathetic, and engaged global citizens. To me, MUN is so much more than a simulation,  it’s a space where delegates build confidence, refine their public speaking and communication skills, develop leadership, and form lasting friendships.
Together with the General Secretariat, the dedicated Saint Paul’s faculty, and our incredible chairs, we’ve worked tirelessly to bring this conference to life. We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed organizing it! May this experience challenge you to think critically, speak passionately, and collaborate meaningfully. Remember: every resolution starts with one voice, and yours has the power to make a difference.
